If you’re gallus enough to take on the Run to France challenge, all you have to do is get yersel over to the Nike+ site, register and join the Run to France group. If the full challenge gives you the heebie-jeebies, there’s also the Run to France Half (560km) and Run to France Quarter (280km).

Whether you’re a keen and speedy runner or you leave home a little earlier to walk to work, you can still go the distance for Radio Lollipop. If you don’t fancy any of the challenges, you can still support us by heading over to our dedicated page on Virgin Money Giving to pledge whatever you can.

It’s 1120km to be exact. That’s also 620miles. Whatever way ye want tae look at it, aye, it is awfy far. Scott Hastings, David Lewis and Willie Fairhurst are going the distance to raise money for Radio Lollipop by running, jogging or walking around 3km every day throughout the year to clock up the 1120km challenge – the same distance from Edinburgh to Paris.
